Caravan Conventions Presents the “United Healthcare Women’s Expo”
Caravan Conventions is happy to be hosting the Spring 2021 Women’s Expo at the Villages.
The event will be held on April 22nd., 2021 from 9 AM to 7 PM. We are actively seeking for
over 100 vendors and sponsors to showcase their businesses to their community. There will be food trucks, drinking and music! Free admission for visitors. If you or your business are interested in participating at the Women’s Expo, please fill out the attached forms and e-mail to:

A note from our staff:
We are all very excited to kick-start the Spring 2021 season with 2 new events planned at the Villages Polo Club grounds. First will be the Women’s Expo on Thursday April 22nd. The next event will be the Men’s Expo on Thursday May 13th. Our marketing plans include consecutive days of advertising for our sponsors in The Villages Daily Sun and commercial spots on WVLG The Villages Radio Station. Also, we will be posting show info for our sponsors on all social media platforms and the Caravan Conventions website. We respectfully ask that everyone wear a face covering and exercise safe social distancing. Please join us in making 2021 the best business growth-spurt the Villages has ever seen!
