Background

We hope that you are all safe and healthy! This has been a trying time for us all both personally and professionally. Sumter County is in better position than most Florida counties. We’ve seen the opening of many businesses. Hopefully we will all be back to 100% soon.

For those of you that have not heard the news, Stetler Media and Expos sold the company to Caravan Conventions. This wonderful family run company has years of experience in the trade-show industry and understands how important your business is to the residents of The Villages. I have complete faith in this family, so much so that I will continue to work with them in the future.

The families of Andy & Jennifer Balogh and Justin & Ashley Miller have made the commitment to this community and it’s businesses to insure they continue to provide venues for you to meet and talk directly with area residents. Caravan Conventions’ marketing plans include advertising in The Villages Daily Sun and on WVLG, just like SME had done in the past. Plus, Caravan Conventions have many new ideas for interesting Expos, Shows and Festivals. I can’t wait to be involved with them all and I hope you will too!

We ALL feel that now is the time to produce an outdoor Lifestyle Expo!!

We will provide a safe shopping environment with our modified floor plan which will safely allow for social distancing. And we will respectfully ask that everyone wear a face covering. This Lifestyle Expo will be held at the Winn-Dixie in Lake Sumter Landing. Where you will all have your
individual tents set up at social distancing. Thank you all very much for your support.

Sincerely,

The entire team at Caravan Conventions
