Note:* Booths are based on 10’x10’. You can combine as many booths as needed to suit your needs. Caravan Conventions can supply a rental tent for vendors if needed. Rental includes tent, 8 foot table, two chairs, complete tent install and tent breakdown. Setup will be held on day of event between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM. Breakdown not permitted before 4 PM. All vendors must park in assigned vendor parking area.
Booth Fee: $500* per 10’ x 10’ area (We we require full payment after we approve your application)
Tent Rental Fee: $250* per 10’ x 10’ area (We we require full payment after we approve your application)
Door Prizes*: Each exhibitor is requested to donate a “Door Prize” for hourly drawings. For this prize the winner does not have to purchase anything. All door prizes will be drawn from the Caravan Conventions prize box. If desired, vendors may have additional drawings at their own booth table. Please note* only vendors who offer a door-prize will receive a copy of the “Attendee List” after the expo is complete.
